Jordan Halliday, Released on Pre-trial Probation
Utah animal rights activist Jordan Halliday has been charged with felony contempt of court for refusing to testify before a grand jury. This charge carries no maximum penalty. Jordan's trial date is currently set for Feb. 2.

Carrie Feldman
Subpoenaed to a federal grand jury Iowa on Oct.15. After issuing a statement explaining that she would not testify, Carrie was ordered to reappear before the grand jury on Nov. 17. Carrie refused and was arrested. She is now being held in contempt of court.

AWAITING TRIAL

AETA 4 *Released on bail* Nathan Pope, Adriana Stumpo, Joseph Buddenberg and Maryam Khajavi. All arrested and charged with violating the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. They are now facing a maximum of ten years in prison for their alleged crimes, which include attending demonstrations and other First-Amendment protected activity.

Alex Jason Hall, Inmate #2009-06304, Davis County Jail, 800 West State Street, Farmington, UT 84025. Charged with Animal Enterprise Terrorism for the alleged raid of a Utah mink fur farm and the alleged attempted raid of another fur farm in 2008.

Kevin Olliff, #1300931, TTCF 161 D-Pod, 450 Bauchet St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. Animal rights activist accused of 10 felony counts. These felonies are multiple counts of : stalking, conspiracy, conspiracy to stalk, and threatening of a public servant. He is also being charged with a “street gang statute” that if passed will add more time to his sentence.

MOVE is an eco-revolutionary group who carried out protests in defense of all life. There are currently eight MOVE activists in prison each serving 100 years after being framed for the murder of a cop in 1979. 9th defendant, Merle Africa, died in prison in 1998.
